I am a big time movie buff. My weekends are absolutely empty and incomplete without at least two movies. Being a movie buff, I prefer comedy movies. Why? Because I believe that it is much easier to make an audience cry. As compared to making them laugh. Hence, these comedy movies display way more excellence in cinema as compared to the serious or romantic flicks. More so, watching good comedy movies is a great way to relax and lose all the stress and tension of the week. They leave you fresh, rejuvenated and ready for another day of work. Alright, before I start I want my readers to know that this is the list of all my favorite comedy movies. It basically complies to my heightened sense of humor. None of these movies are ranked in any order, because I do not want to impose my opinion on my readers to that extent.

The Hangover: No denying it! This movie is a hoot and even a teetotaler like me can find a connection somewhere. Monty Python and the Holy Grail: This movie is a total blast. Perfect to watch with friends on a boring Sunday. The Apartment: Some may disagree, but I found this movie gripping and completely funny. The Proposal: Harassment in the workplace and illegal immigration was never funnier. Sandra bullock is gorgeous and hilarious in the movie. Miss Congeniality: A typical movie about ugly Betty turned super model. Sandra bullock works the magic again. Not another Teen Movie: Really hilarious spoof comedy for every 'teen movie' enthusiast. Shriek If You Know What I Did Last Friday the 13th: You must have guessed, this movie is a spoof of all murder thrillers. It is funny and quite intelligently made! Hot Shots: This movie leaves no room for reason in your mind. More so, you might need painkillers after the movie, your ribs will be hurting due to all the laughter! Drop Dead Gorgeous: This 1999 movie is a very humorous representation about beauty pageants. Very funny, good concept. Home Alone: This movie is what I call a classic comedy. It is fun to watch with family or even when you are home alone!
